Welcome to Quraanic Academy. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment & Payment

• Course fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All fees are non-transferable between students.
• Your first session is free with no obligation to continue.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

2. Class Conduct

• Students are expected to attend classes on time and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Recording of live sessions without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward teachers or fellow students will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

• Class schedules are agreed upon at the time of enrollment and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, and content provided by Quraanic Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quraanic Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
