Refund Eligibility:

First Month: We offer a 30-day refund period for all new students. If you are unsatisfied during your first month, you are entitled to a full refund.

 

Cancellation Before Course Start: If you have enrolled and paid for a course but wish to cancel before the course start date, you are entitled to receive a full refund, except for any applicable transaction fees.

 

Non-attendance: Failure to attend classes without prior notice does not entitle you to a refund. We may make exceptions for special circumstances in some cases, and we will consider these on an individual basis.

 

Refund Process:

If you require a refund, please reach out to our support team via email at info@quraanic.com or through WhatsApp. In your refund request, include your name, course details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within two business days.

 

Refund Payment:

If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 24 hours. Remember that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a little while for the refund to appear on your statement.
