Refund Policy

At Quraanic Academy, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality Quranic education. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in all our financial transactions.

1. Free Trial

All new students are eligible for a free first session. If you decide not to continue after your trial session, you owe nothing.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your classes for the remainder of the paid billing period.
• No refund will be issued for the current billing period, as classes have already been allocated and teachers scheduled.
• Your subscription will not renew for the following month.

3. Long-Term Plans (Quarterly / Annual)

If you have purchased a quarterly or annual plan:

• You may request a refund within the first 7 days of purchase, minus the cost of any sessions already attended (at the monthly plan rate).
• After 7 days, no refund is available for long-term plans, but you may pause your plan for up to 60 days if needed.

5. Exceptions

In rare circumstances (prolonged medical issues, technical failures on our part, etc.), we may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion. Each case is reviewed individually.
