FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Do I need any prior knowledge to enroll?
No prior knowledge is required for our Beginner courses. We accept complete beginners and tailor the learning pace to each student. For Intermediate and Advanced courses, a brief assessment will be conducted.
How do the live sessions work?
All live sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. You will receive a scheduled link before each class. Sessions are also recorded so you can review them at any time.
Can I choose my class time?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling across multiple time zones. During enrollment you will select your preferred time slot from the available options for your chosen course.
Are the teachers qualified?
All our teachers hold formal Islamic credentials from recognized institutions such as Al-Azhar University, Islamic University of Madinah, Dar Al-Uloom, and Qarawiyyin. Many hold Ijazah in Quran recitation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a completely free first session — no credit card required. This allows you to experience the teaching quality and platform before committing.
Are there courses for children?
Absolutely. We have dedicated programs for children aged 5 and above, with specialized teachers trained in child-friendly teaching methods. Parents receive regular progress reports.
What languages are the courses taught in?
Currently our primary language of instruction is English. We also offer courses in Urdu and Arabic. More languages including French and Bahasa Indonesia are coming soon.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a digitally signed certificate from Quraanic Academy. For Hifz and Recitation programs, eligible students may also pursue an Ijazah.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Yes, depending on your plan. The Academy and Scholar plans allow access to multiple courses simultaneously. We generally recommend starting with one course to ensure focus and progress.
